Scheduled - We would like to provide the latest update regarding the scheduled maintenance activity and the pause of Test migrations.

The maintenance activity originally planned for this weekend (July 25–26) has been postponed, as we do not have the capacity to perform it during this period. The team has now scheduled the maintenance for next weekend (August 1–2).

During the maintenance window , migrations to sandbox and test sites (any Jira site whose URL contains terms such as "sandbox", "dev", "uat", "poc", etc.) will not start automatically while the maintenance is in progress.

Production migrations to Jira sites whose URLs do not contain these terms are not expected to be impacted.

Migrations that are already in progress may fail if they do not complete before the maintenance window begins.

If your migration fails, you can use the Retry option in Zephyr. Please refer to the migration guide:
